Mike Nelson has 25+ years of experience in the auto dealership industry, including sales, sales management, fixed operations, general management and ownership of a Ford Lincoln dealership.
The automotive business is second nature to Mike who was mentored by his father Harold an industry leader and respected fixed operations director. Mike was able to learn and develop his fixed operations understanding starting as detailer with progressive positions on the way to fixed operations manager of the dealership’s evening operations while attending college.
His studies included general management, leadership and coaching. Mike has attended many industry specific courses dealing with all aspects of dealer operations.
After selling his store Mike sought to assist others as a consultant for several major national firms.
Mike believed there was a better way to provide dealer process solutions customized to the current requirements of dealers and accordingly founded Adrenaline Automotive Consulting.
